  • A refund request must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the item.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  3. Return the Item: If approved, return the item to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by 73 Marine (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  4. Receive Your Refund: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired card), credit may be offered instead.

6. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for the same item if it is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need a different size, colour, or product, please initiate a return request and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider as processing times may vary.

8. Return Shipping Costs
